Fluffy will spend more and more of her time napping as she ages. Provide your kitty with lots of comfy beds and napping spots, including at least one with a good window view.

Offer your cat lots of toys, and take time to play with her daily. These fun play sessions will give your kitty much-needed exercise. They will also offer her mental stimulation, which will help keep her mind healthy as she ages.

As she ages, Fluffy may find it harder to climb stairs, and to jump onto couches and laps. Set out pet ramps for her, or arrange footstools so she can use them as stairs.

The best thing you can do for your cat is make sure she feels loved and safe. Pay lots of attention to Fluffy: pet her, talk to her, and let her snuggle up with you.
